End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") represents a legally binding contract between you and the developers of the Keyboard mobile application. It is imperative that you review these terms with diligence before initiating the installation or use of the application. By engaging with the App through installation or access, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consented to be bound by the comprehensive terms set forth in this document.

1. Scope of License Grant

Conditioned upon your strict adherence to the provisions stipulated in this Agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and fully revocable license. This license permits you to download, install, and operate the App exclusively for personal, non-commercial objectives on a single mobile device under your control. This grant is provided solely for your individual use and does not convey any authority to sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the software.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All aspects of the App, encompassing but not limited to textual content, graphical assets, visual interfaces, logos, and the underlying source code, constitute the proprietary intellectual property of the App’s owner or authorized licensors. These assets are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property statutes. You agree that all legal title, ownership rights, and interests regarding the App remain vested in the owner or its respective licensors at all times.

3. Mandatory Restrictions on Conduct

In exercising your license, you explicitly agree to refrain from the following prohibited activities:

Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative iterations of the application.
Engaging in reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the software architecture.
Eliminating or altering any proprietary notices, watermarks, or copyright labels contained within the App.
Utilizing the application for any purpose that violates local, state, or international laws.
Interfering with the operational integrity, performance, or security of the App’s servers and networks.
Deploying automated systems (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to extract data from the application interface.
Transmitting malicious code, viruses, or worms designed to impair the App or other users' hardware.

4. Privacy and GDPR Compliance

Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. The management of your personal data is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Furthermore, we strive to maintain rigorous compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards, implementing necessary security measures to ensure the confidentiality of processed data.

5. Termination of Agreement

This Agreement remains in force until such time as it is terminated by either party. You may terminate this contract by permanently removing the App from your device. Conversely, the App owner reserves the right to terminate this license immediately and without prior notice should you breach any term herein. Upon such termination, you must cease all interaction with the App and delete all copies in your possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any nature, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from digital vulnerabilities.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the statutory laws of India. Any legal controversies, claims, or disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or the utilization of the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within India.
